1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or enrolling in educational programs at Joshi Medicode Technologies (operating via joshimedicode.com, physical classroom campus at Nilagiri Block, Aditya Enclave, beside Ameerpet Metro Station, Hyderabad, and our digital learning management systems), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the Republic of India.

2. Admissions, Eligibility & Enrollment

Admissions to Medical Coding, AAPC CPC® Preparation, Inpatient IP-DRG, Medical Billing, and Pharmacovigilance programs are open to eligible graduates holding degrees or diplomas in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Botany), Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D), Nursing (B.Sc Nursing, GNM), Physiotherapy (BPT), Dental Surgery (BDS), Medicine, and general non-medical graduates (B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech) who complete the mandatory foundational medical terminology module.

3. 100% Placement Assistance Policy

Joshi Medicode Technologies provides 100% placement support through our dedicated Corporate Relations & Recruitment Division. To be eligible for campus drives and corporate interview referrals with partner MNCs (including Optum, Omega Healthcare, AGS Health, and Cognizant), enrolled students must:

• Maintain a minimum attendance of 85% in mentor-led classroom or live online sessions.
• Complete all designated hospital chart assignments, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS practice modules.
• Clear the internal pre-placement technical mock interview and resume evaluation.

4. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All study materials, workbooks, practice test series, audio-visual lecture recordings, and proprietary curriculum developed by Joshi Medicode Technologies are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India. Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the learning materials solely for their educational use. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or online dissemination is strictly prohibited.

5. AAPC® Trademark Attribution & Disclaimer

AAPC®, CPC® (Certified Professional Coder), CIC® (Certified Inpatient Coder), COC® (Certified Outpatient Coder), and CPMA® (Certified Professional Medical Auditor) are registered trademarks of the American Academy of Professional Coders. Joshi Medicode Technologies is an independent healthcare training institute providing exam preparation and industry training aligned with AAPC guidelines.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services or training programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
